"the chance to dance"

We are extremely passionate about providing an equal opportunity for EVERYONE!

The following inspirational human beings were raised in deprivation:

1. Michael Jackson

2. Julie Andrews

3. Dolly Parton

4. Jim Carrey

5. Kelly Clarkson

So many artists never gain the acknowledgment, recognition, and opportunities they need in order to pursue a dance career recreationally, much less professionally. Our Director, Ms. Haley, was raised by a single parent and did not have access to so many of the opportunities she is proud to present to the Minot community now. She wants to provide everyone with a fair "chance to dance" and this is a huge part of The Dance Co. of Minot's mission.

There are opportunities for "volunteer scholarships" at The Dance Co. of Minot! If you are looking to assist with recitals, performances, or events, or if you have other ways you'd like to get involved for a tuition discount, you may apply for one below!

We can only present 2 volunteer scholarships per session. If you are in need and you've already sought assistance with the North Dakota Human Service Center to no avail, please apply below!

application for Assistance

The North Dakota Human Service Center works with low-income families to assist with recreational activity payments! We have worked with them in the past and they were fantastic!

We would be happy to partner with them anytime someone needs some additional assistance to afford the magic of dance!

There might also be an opportunity for grant assistance through USA Funding Applications.
