Registration Fee: $30

Current dance families registration fee is free.

Please make sure you've read all policies on online registration form in addition to this information.

1. All fees are non-refundable due to short-term session unless a special circumstance is presented to Director.
2. Monthly option available for split payment. If you need this assistance, you must click the button below that is labeled "Request split payment" available at the bottom of this page.
3. All fees charged on 25th of June. Fees are not automatically charged at registration, they are charged during month registered in.

Insufficient Funds & Late Payments. A $30 fee will be charged for insufficient checking accounts or for declined or invalid credit cards. If any account is declined for 2 consecutive months, the student will automatically be withdrawn from The Dance Co. of Minot. If the on file payment method fails, an email will be sent. A $25 late payment penalty will be applied and charged automatically. If payment is 30 days past due, dancers will not be able to attend class until the account is current.

We put our dance families first. If for some reason a large payment up-front isn't your preference, please submit a request below for a split-payment arrangement and we will work with you the best we can.

Summer Session Part 2 & Audition Results

Schedule and Online Registration will begin mid-end of June. Parents are welcome to "pay & reserve" a specific day of the week and time of day for an Annual Session private lesson upon the release of our 2022-2023 Competitive Season Lines & Solos/Duos/Trio results. These requests are first come, first serve and are $75 for the 1st requested time and $50 if a 2nd request is added.

We will upload the PDF showing all 2022-2023 Competitive audition results to this page of our website.

WE WILL ADD A RESERVATION BUTTON BELOW UPON THE RELEASE OF the pdf and parents may click the button at that time to pay and reserve their spot.

The fee(s) will be added to dance account and will be charged with next month's tuition.

Competitive Division Fees & Agreement

Recital Division Families Moving Up to Competitive Program:

Anyone that signed their 2021-2022 Online Registration form and policy for a Recital Division class must pay their tuition according to that contract until the end of July 2022. Beach bag classes for current families are $5 each for 30 minute classes and $7.50 for 45 minute classes. Discounts will be applied before tuition is charged. All families planning to audition for the competitive program must pay their current tuition according to their 2021-2022 recital division contract in addition to paying for all 3 Beach Bag required days during the month of June. *Please scroll to view Current family registration table to register.*

New Families coming into The Dance Co. of Minot planning to audition for our Competitive Program:

For 12 classes per week for 3 weeks, the price is $270.

Current Recital Division Families & New Families planning to audition for our Competitive Program:

All of our pricing information for our Competitive program Annual Session cost is discussed during Audition Callbacks either via email or over the phone with each family individually (payments divided by 12 months).

Tuition Contracts for the 2022-2023 season will be signed after auditions (June 4 & 5) and new tuition payment amounts will be confirmed at that time. All families will receive an email with an official studio offer within a few weeks after auditions. We will do everything we can to release those that made the competitive program within a few days after auditions. All families will have 24 hours to respond to the email or call with questions/concerns before each party decides to confirm tuition contract. All 2021-2022 contracts are valid until the end of July. The new tuition payment amount according to the 2022-2023 season audition results and callbacks will begin on August 10th 2022 and will lapse at the end of July 2023.

All competitive seasons are determined based on the total cost of the entire year (12 months).

Minis

Minis do not have to pay anything additional for their tuition. All new classes will be included in tuition due to the fact that all Annual Session choreography classes have ended. Minis are also not attending Nationals so we've made sure to balance the schedule to include classes that make up for current tuition costs. For those with contracted private lessons, we've added $30 per week worth of extra classes to make up for the solo fees. We will no longer be doing SATURDAY classes, we've worked conditioning and acro into the summer schedule instead. No minis family will pay less or more in tuition.

Juniors/Preteens

Juniors and Preteens do not have to pay anything additional for their tuition. All new classes will be included in tuition due to the fact that Annual Session choreography classes have been shortened. New competitive schedule for May 31-June 18 posted below registration table. We will no longer be doing SATURDAY classes, we've worked conditioning and acro into the summer schedule instead.

No Junior or Preteen family will pay less or more in tuition.
