Our dance families are our top priority and due to that we must stick to what we are being paid to do when at the dance studio, teach!!!! Parents with day-to-day questions directly related to classes should reach out via email at email@example.com [Attn: Instructor Name]. Please check the FAQ's page (here), the studio guidebook, and policy in the parent portal before sending your email!
Ms. Katie Ingerson, our Studio Manager, deals with all questions, concerns, and complaints regarding anything more than day-to-day class questions FIRST AND FOREMOST via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please check the FAQ's page (here), the studio guidebook, and policy in the parent portal before sending your email! Ms. Katie is available by phone on Fridays only. Yes! We have an office number and it is 423.358.2216!
Starting September 26, 2022, Director will only be available via this phone number. The office number is available to parents always for text and phone calls with an expected response time of 24-72 hours. If any other phone number is used to contact Director, a re-direction message will be sent!
Of course! We encourage friendly communication amongst our dance families! Only thing we ask is that all parents seek answers and information via our FAQs page (this page), our studio guidebook, and policy in the parent portal first and foremost. There have been a lot of changes in our studio recently, we would hate for anyone to get unintentionally mislead. If there is fragile information at risk of being shared with fellow dance parents that threatens the success of the studio, you must seek the studio manager or Director only via email.
Complaints should be sent to manager via email at email@example.com. Complaints must not be sent to any DCOM staff other than manager and should not be sent in any format other than email. Manager reserves the right to ignore any complaint sent to any staff member other than themselves or through any platform other than email. If properly addressed, at the CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS, a complaint will be responded to via email within twenty-four to seventy-two business hours.
We will be using "Jackrabbit Plus", a fantastic app used for communicating and integrating online dance account information! In the event of severe weather or unexpected events requiring closure, The Dance Co. does its best to keep families informed via the following networks: The Dance Co. of Minot website and Facebook page. We kindly ask that you check in habitually throughout the day as class cancelations may change! If a class is canceled for any reason including weather, we will schedule a make-up class within 30 days.
